The Suite
This newly renovated two floor suite can accommodate up to six guests. The suite features two bedrooms (king beds), two full bathrooms, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and a private deck. The suite is a perfect home base for family vacations, wedding parties and golf groups. The suite includes free high-speed internet and is non-smoking.
The Cabin
This quaint cabin can accommodate up to four guests. The cabin features a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a galley kitchen and a half bathroom. Enjoy your meal on the cabin's private deck or simply put your feet up and enjoy the lakeview. The cabin includes free high-speed internet and is non-smoking.
Double Room
Furnished with double beds, these rooms are great for family vacations or a place to rest after a round of golf. They feature free high-speed internet and a flat screen television. Keep snacks and drinks cold in the mini-fridge. All rooms are non-smoking.
King Room
These spacious rooms are furnished with a king bed, flat screen television and full size refrigerator to keep your food and beverages cool for your return from a day of enjoying the outdoors. All rooms include free high-speed internet and are non-smoking.

Lake Arrowhead Golf - The Pines
Golf Digest rates this course 4-1/2 stars on their list of "Places to Play". Take extra balls if you don't shoot down the middle off the tee (or so we've heard - we don't have that problem).
Lake Arrowhead Golf - The Lakes
Hope you like water!! This is one of our favorite courses. A little more forgiving if you aren't a straight shooter. This course is rated 4-1/2 stars by Golf Digest in "Places to Play".
Sand Valley Golf
FIVE award winning courses that are sure to challenge even the best of golfers! Experience golfing like the pros and then head on back to The Lakes Inn to relax around the fire pit and relive your best (or worst) shots of the day!

The options are endless in Rome! Be sure to stock your refrigerator with cool beverages for when you return.

Dyracuse Recreational Park
Situated on over 700 acres, the park is funded by the State of Wisconsin. It is owned and operated by the Town of Rome. There are Motocross/Supercross and Pee Wee tracks and over ten miles of trails. There is a 4 acre sand bowl, along with a mud bog play area. New trails are being added with plans for continued expansion.
ATV Trails
Trails open May 1 in Rome and close the week before opening deer (rifle) season! Many of the roads in Rome are open to ATV/UTVs - and are accessible right from our parking lot. Go out for the day - get dirty and have fun! The lights will be on when you get back to The Lakes Inn.

Wisconsin Trapshooting Association Shooting Complex
The Wisconsin Trapshooting Association has a world-class Olympic style trapshooting facility located in Rome. It is the only facility in the Midwest to have an Olympic bunker. If you are going to train for the Olympics, this is the place to be... and you can stay with us at The Lakes Inn while you train.
Shermalot Ski Team
We are proud sponsors of 2021 Division 2 National Champions Shermalot Show Team! If you haven't seen show skiing - you don't know what you are missing! Barefooting, pyramids, ballet line, the costumes, the boats and the skiers are sure to keep you entertained. They ski on Lake Sherwood over the 4th of July... you could walk to the show or watch from our beach to get a behind the scenes perspective. Otherwise, you can catch them every Wednesday and Saturday on Lake Arrowhead.
