Check-in time is 3 p.m.
Check-out time is 11 a.m.

Our lobby hours are:

Sunday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday - Saturday  9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 

If you will be arriving after lobby hours, please contact us.  We can get you checked in and have your keys available for your arrival.          

Please return room key(s) upon check out utilizing the drop box outside of the Lobby door. A $25 fee will be charged per lost key.

 

Health & Safety

The health and safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority. As we monitor the impact of COVID-19 in our region, we continue to adjust operations to create a safer experience at The Lakes Inn.

Our updated policies and procedures follow recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Our health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and encompass everything from cleaning product specifications to enhanced cleaning protocols in guest rooms and common area with a focus on high-touch items.

Contactless check-in is available upon request, please note in guest comment field when making an online reservation.

Pet Policy       

We love our dogs...but, we do not allow pets in the rooms or on property.                  

Service Animals are welcome.  However, emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not recognized as service animals under Title II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).                                                                                                                                                                                                         

 

Smoking Policy      

Every room at The Lakes Inn is non-smoking.   Smoking in one of the rooms will result in a $300 cleaning fee.  We have a designated smoking area lakeside.

 

Payment Policy

A credit card is needed to book a reservation. In conjunction with our cancellation policy, the credit card will be charged for the full stay 72 hours in advance of check in.  We accept credit cards and debit cards. Cash is not accepted.

                                        

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation outside of 72 hours of arrival with no charge.  If you cancel with less than 72 hours prior to your arrival,  you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of your stay.   No shows will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of your stay.

 

Housekeeping 

To promote an uninterrupted stay, housekeeping services are available after every third night for longer stays or upon request for shorter visits.
